The consequences may be fatal, when, for instance, switching centers are affected by this. Unfortunatelly technical outages can not be avoided completely. Within a few hours the failed network element has to be repaired, when it has a high priority.
We have extensive experience with a 24h emergency service. Via our own 0800 emergency phone number you will reach our service staff in case of damage – 365 days a year!
