If important technical components, such as system equipment, antenna systems, electrical or air-conditioning installations fail on a certain site, this may result in a breakdown of the overall station with fatal consequences if, for instance, a network node is affected thereby. Unfortunately, technical failures cannot be avoided at all. In case of a high priority failing network component, the repair has to take place within a few hours.
MUGLER has acquired comprehensive experience in a 24-hour emergency service. In case of an emergency, you may contact our service engineers via our own 0800 emergency call – and this 8,760 hours per year!
More than 1,100 sites are actually integrated in our emergency call service nationwide. Via our branch offices, we are able to ensure short response times across the whole country. Central operations control of our specially equipped service cars is ensured via ticket system.
