A compact DVB-T transmitter with integrated playout center in the size of a fridge? It is just for real.

MUGLER has developed a new and innovative hardware system for DVB technologies. This system implements modularly combinable functions – from program planning via up-to-date program delivery methods and digital processing up to multiplexing of digital program bouquets and transmitting via DVB-T, DVB-H or DVB-C. The program contents are deliverd via any input interfaces, such as DVB-T/-C, DSL, IP, data storage mediums or live cameras.

Our MUX4 playout multiplexer performs combining, selecting, compressing, multiplexing and processing of video and audio contents. Thereby, we mix local program contents in regional or countrywide program bouquets. After that, the new bouquet is digitally transmitted directly onsite via the BodO transmitter system or fed into the cable network.

We have developed special and easy-to-install mini-repeaters for indoor coverage. They receive the digital broadcast signal, transmit it again intensified and, hence, supply stores, business rooms or fair halls reliably and cost-effectively with DVB-T or DAB.
