Training has a huge priority with MUGLER. We have been training our junior skilled staff ourselves according to the dual system for many years. As a matter of fact, practical relevance, versatility and “thinking outside the box” belong to a good training scheme for us. Therefore, our apprentices are also acquainted with other divisions of our company in order to enable them to bring their individual sphere of work in line with the overall corporate structure of the company and to gather practical experience.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And after the training period? Almost all of our apprentices were transferred to our company as permanent staff after the successful completion of their training courses.
