When you call the emergency phone number 112, a control center answers the phone at the other end. This is the central helpline for emergency calls of any kind: to rescue human lives, a fire or burglary alarm, in a case of a disaster or problems with public order and security.

 

The control center operators receive, log, and prioritize incoming information. Then, the decision on the use of adequate rescue means and cars, alarming of required rescue forces and transmission of mission orders is made quickly and competently. During the missions, the control center supports their coordination. All important emergency call and mission data will be recorded.
