Supporting young talent in the region – MUGLER continues its commitment in 2025

In 2025, Oberlungwitz-based MUGLER SE once again demonstrates its clear commitment to supporting young talent in the region. As a company involved in the rollout of mobile and telecommunications networks, MUGLER invests in high-performance network infrastructure and in young people and their local career prospects. Its support during the Christmas season is an established part of the company culture.

Supporting music education at Pestalozzi-Oberschule

MUGLER SE has supported Pestalozzi-Oberschule in Oberlungwitz for many years. In particular, the school’s wind band class regularly receives financial support for instrument maintenance and repairs. Teamwork, perseverance and commitment are essential to making music together – and reflect core values that also shape everyday working life at MUGLER.

The company would also like to thank the school for providing musical accompaniment at various events, where its support can always be counted on.

Inspiring an early interest in technology: the Wave-Surfer club

A key example of this long-term collaboration is the Wave-Surfer club at Europäisches Gymnasium Waldenburg. Established in 2018, the extracurricular club combines theoretical foundations with practical insights into telecommunications and electronics. Its aim is to spark an early interest in technology and introduce young people to real career opportunities.

Year-end donations

MUGLER actively welcomes and supports partnerships with schools, youth initiatives and local clubs. Marcus Bytow, who is responsible for apprenticeships and dual study programmes at MUGLER, coordinates collaboration with schools, teachers and young talent, and supports new projects. Thanks to his dedication and commitment, MUGLER can draw on an extensive network that supports young people’s development.

The donations come from the proceeds of the Apple Festival organised by apprentices and students, with the company topping up the total. Working together, they demonstrate their strong commitment to the region during the Christmas season.
