MUGLER Health Day 2025: movement, balance and fresh inspiration
17. June 2025

Friday 13 June – a date many associate with superstition. For us at MUGLER, it was a lucky day: we took the opportunity to focus on something that often gets overlooked in everyday life – our health.
With a varied programme of physical activity, relaxation and practical tips, we gave both body and mind a boost – supported by experienced experts, plenty of good spirits and fresh energy.
A day of inspiration – here are our highlights:
🧘♀️ A relaxed start with yoga
We began the morning with a restorative yoga session led by Nadine Hans from hansinform.de. Through gentle movement, breathing exercises and mindfulness, she helped us start the day feeling calm and centred – a real boost for body and mind.
🌞 “Boost your Day” – practical inspiration for everyday life
A short, motivating talk showed how small routines can have a positive impact on our day. From morning rituals to movement breaks, it offered practical tips that are easy to put into action and can make a real difference.
👐 An introduction to Reiki – letting energy flow
The Reiki session focused on finding inner calm, encouraging the flow of energy through the body and taking a mindful break – a special experience for many participants.
🥋 Building confidence through self-defence
Feeling confident and strong was the focus of the self-defence session with Elke Hoffmann from Bushido Stollberg Karate Club. Through practical exercises, we learned how to set boundaries, assess potentially dangerous situations and apply simple techniques.
💡 Active mini-breaks – small movements, big benefits
Throughout the day, everyone had the chance to join short movement sessions – ideal for easing muscle tension and recharging.
🥤 Healthy snacks & infused water
Of course, refreshments were part of the programme too: fruit-infused water, fresh snacks and vitamin-rich treats ensured there was plenty to enjoy.

Thank you for joining us!
A big thank you to everyone who took part, helped out and, of course, to our instructors, whose expertise and commitment made the day so rewarding.
Special thanks go to Nadine Hans and Elke Hoffmann for their inspiring workshops!
We are already looking forward to our next Health Day – and to taking care of our wellbeing together again.
