MUGLER welcomes its 2025 apprentices – shaping the future of mobile communications together

During the week of 4–8 August 2025, 17 new apprentices and dual study students began their journey at MUGLER SE – a new intake that demonstrates the appeal of training in the telecommunications and mobile communications industry.

They started with a hands-on induction week that helped them find their feet, build connections and gain their first insights into the exciting world of mobile communications.

This variety reflects the scope of our work – from business administration in the office to technical work on mobile network towers.

At MUGLER, our apprentices are involved from day one:

• Technical apprentices install antenna systems, test network equipment and help build 5G sites.
• Business administration apprentices help projects run smoothly, keeping track of costs and schedules.
• IT apprentices and dual study students develop and maintain the systems used to digitally manage our mobile network infrastructure.

Everyone plays a part in connecting people and helping to shape Germany’s digital future.
