MUGLER teamwear – local design, close-knit collaboration

Oberlungwitz has been known for textiles for centuries. Although MUGLER SE is now firmly rooted in mobile communications, our own teamwear reconnects us with a little of that tradition. The result is a collection of T-shirts, caps and socks – made for our team.

At MUGLER, we work together every day – whether on a tower, in the warehouse or in the office. We wanted to make that sense of togetherness visible. Now it is something we can wear as well as feel: our own teamwear.

The result is a small, carefully considered collection that feels right for us. Designed locally, with clean designs and made for people who get things done every day.

A collection for the team

The collection includes a cap, designed and embroidered right here in the region. It stands for quality, local collaboration and a clear statement: we belong together.

There are also two crew T-shirts. One comes in charcoal grey, featuring our coordinates and the slogan START THE GREEN WAY – modern, clean and a reflection of where we want to go. The other is white: understated, with small details in our corporate colours of red and green. Subtle on the chest, with a clear statement on the back: MUGLER connections.

Our crew socks complete the collection. Durable and comfortable, they are equally suited to working on a tower and relaxing after work.

A place with a textile heritage

For the photoshoot, we chose a location that felt right for us: the ROGO building in Oberlungwitz.

It once produced hosiery known around the world. Today, it is a piece of local history – and the perfect setting to showcase our teamwear.

In this way, we connect tradition with the present. The fine knitwear of the past finds a new expression in a symbol of team spirit. We think that is a fitting connection.

Strong partners, a close-knit collaboration

Every piece in the collection was created in close collaboration with partners from the region. From design and printing to embroidery, each stage reflects craftsmanship, attention to detail and genuine passion.

It was important to us to work with people who share our values. This keeps value creation in the local area while reconnecting us with the region’s long textile tradition.

“Close-knit” captures both sides of the story: we have worked together to create something, while the phrase also reflects the knitting tradition that has been part of this region for centuries.

Of course, the pieces are practical and look good. But ultimately, they mean more than that. Our teamwear symbolises what defines us: we are a team, we support one another and we are proud of our roots.
