Health Day 2026: a day for movement, balance and fresh inspiration
20. April 2026

Health is an essential part of working life. It influences how we work, how we respond to challenges and how well we sustain our performance over time. That is why we organised a Health Day at MUGLER, deliberately making space for physical activity, conversation and fresh inspiration.
At its heart was a varied programme designed to address different needs. We wanted to offer flexible, practical and motivating activities that would encourage everyone to take a more mindful approach to their wellbeing.
What was on the programme
Our colleagues could try yoga with Nadine Hans, recharge during a Reiki session with Jana Schreiber or explore resilience and inner strength in a short talk by personal trainer Axel Engelhardt. The programme also included a back care session with Robert Nitzsche, self-defence training with Elke Hoffmann from Bushido Karate Club and a Futrex body fat assessment in partnership with BARMER. Using infrared spectroscopy to assess total body fat, this offered interesting insights into participants’ body composition.
It was this variety that made the day special. Alongside opportunities to relax and get moving, participants gained practical ideas they could take into everyday life. Small routines, greater body awareness and a more mindful approach to stress can often make more of a difference than we might initially expect.
A generous buffet of fresh fruit, vegetables and healthy snacks provided an energy boost and quickly became a gathering point for conversations and informal exchanges. Moments like these show that workplace health promotion is part of a culture brought to life through everyday interaction.

Health as part of our workplace culture
Taking health seriously means looking beyond an annual event and considering what carries over into everyday working life. For us as an employer, that means creating an environment where people can feel comfortable, develop their skills and work healthily over the long term. Our Health Day was a visible expression of that commitment. It also demonstrated once again that being an attractive employer includes showing a real interest in employees’ wellbeing.
And, of course, we would like to thank every colleague who took part – you made the day a success.
